ORDER

This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1286 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case as against the order dated 15.11.2019, passed in M.C.No.333 of 2019, by the learned V Addl. Family Court, at Chennai, thereby, ordering a monthly maintenance of Rs.25,000/- payable by the petitioner in favour of the respondents.

2.On a perusal of the affidavit filed in support of the condone delay petition, it reveals that there is absolutely no reason for condoning the huge delay in filing the Criminal Revision Case. That apart, so far the petitioner did not pay any single payment to the respondents from the date of the impugned order. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to condone the delay of 1286 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case.
