ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.V.Selvakumar, learned Standing Counsel accepting notice on behalf of the respondents and with their consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage. The petitioner has filed this writ petition to direct the respondents to consider his representation dated 25.09.2015. The petitioner is a physically challenged person and is in possession of Disability Certificate issued by the competent authority.

The petitioner has submitted a representation dated 25.09.2015 to the respondent/Corporation stating that he proposes to put up a small tea shop in Ashok Nagar and the said representation is pending before the 2nd respondent.

In the light of the above, without going into the merits of the representation, there will be a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.09.2015 on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
