C.M.P.No.19275 of 2022 in CMA.S.R.No.122404 of 2022 P.T. ASHA, J, The above petition is filed to condone the delay of 152 days in filing the above appeal.

2. Mr.Elveera Ravindran takes notice for the contesting respondent i.e. for R.2. It is also informed that the insurance company has also filed an appeal in CMANo.1934 of 2022.

3.Considering the fact that the sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition for condoning the delay.

Hence the petition is allowed and the delay of 152 days in filing the above appeal is condoned.

4. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the matter along with CMA.No.1934 of 2022 at the time of admission.
