O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to issue proper order based on his representation dated 18.11.2015 to RTO Office at Tuticorin.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in spite of the representation given to the 1st respondent on 18.11.2015, which was forwarded to the 2nd respondent by the 1st respondent on 30.11.2015, the 2nd respondent has not passed any order so far.

3.Mr.M.S.Ramesh, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the 2nd respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.11.2015, which was forwarded by the 1st respondent to the 2nd respondent on 30.11.2015, in accordance with law. 4.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, since the 2nd respondent has not passed any order on the representation made by the petitioner, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.11.2015 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
