2.Mr.Manoharan Sundaram, learned Additional Government Pleader (Tax) taking notice for the respondents submitted that the 2nd respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representations 09.12.2015 and pass orders in accordance with law within a stipulated time.

3.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in these Writ Petitions, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 09.12.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With these observations, the Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
