ORDER
This writ petition is filed seeking for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 29.08.2022 seeking to survey the house site property of the petitioner situated at No.188, Kaatudevathur Village, Madurantakam Taluk, Kancheepuram 1/4
District (the then Kancheepuram District) comprised in Survey No.12/2G admeasuring to an extent of 218 square feet within a time-frame stipulated by this Court.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.
3. The petitioner made representation on 29.08.2022 with a request to measure the property and demarcate the boundaries of the lands which is pending without consideration. Therefore, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.08.2022 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation to measure and demarcate the boundary of lands situated at No.188, Kaatudevathur Village, Madurantakam Taluk, Kancheepuram District (the then Kancheepuram District) comprised in Survey No.12/2G admeasuring to an extent of 218 square, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, subject on payment of requisite fees.
