JUDGMENT

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned State Government Pleader appearing for the appellant seeks leave to withdraw the appeal with liberty to pursue the writ appeal in SR No.128647 of 2024 filed against the original order passed in W.P.No.29812 of 2018. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
