The present Writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.01.2015 and the 3rd respondent to sanction the TAHDCO-2013-2014 EDP-VP.704, scheme loan to the petitioner.

The case of the Writ Petitioner is that he has applied for loan to the 2nd respondent, viz., Tamilnadu Adi Dravidar Housing Development Corporation [in short referred to as "TAHDCO''] in the year 2013-2014. However, the Bank has not granted the loan, therefore, the petitioner has given a representation to the District Collector, Villupuram District, which has not been considered, hence this Writ Petition.
3. After arguing some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he will give a fresh representation since the earlier representation relate to the period 2013-2014. According to the petitioner, 2/5
there are many schemes available under TAHDCO and he will give a fresh representation to the 1st respondent, viz., District Collector, Villupuram for availing the loan and the same may be considered.
4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 also submitted that a fresh representation may be submitted and the same will be considered.
5. The learned counsel for the 3rd respondent-Bank submitted that the loan will be considered subject to the service area and policies of the Bank.

In such view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to give a fresh representation to the District Collector, Villupuram, viz., 1st respondent within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such representation, the 1st respondent shall consider the same on merits, thereafter within a period of one month. 3/5
With the above observation, the present Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
