The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he could not comply with the earlier direction of this Court though this Court had extended the time to comply with the order. He further submitted that now he is ready with the Demand Draft and sought for extension of time. The petitioner is at liberty to file a petition for extension of time to make payment.
