PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Dharapuram to expedite the trial in C.C.No.273 of 2018 and dispose the same in accordance with law within a specified time limit as may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Dharapuram to expedite the trial in C.C.No.273 of 2018 and dispose the same in accordance with law within a specified time limit as may be stipulated by this Court.
2. Taking note of the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Dharapuram, to complete the trial proceedings in C.C.No.273 of 2018, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and report before this Court after completion of the proceedings.
