2. When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the petitioner's complaint dated 06.09.2019, a case has been registered in Cr.No.725 of 2019 on 08.11.2019 under Sections 294 (b), 427, 323, 324 & 506(ii) of IPC.
