Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.03.2015 to implement the order passed by the 1st respondent made in Na.Ka.A3/1950/2014 dated 29.09.2014 by a time limit in accordance with law.

Earlier, the petitioner made a representation to the respondents seeking to correct the wrong entry made in the revenue records. On receipt of the representation and on enquiry, an order was passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Virudhachalam Taluk, namely, the 1st respondent herein, in Na.Ka.A3/1950/2014 dated 29.09.2014. In the said order, the 1st respondent has directed the 2nd respondent to take proper steps by making sub-division. Thereafter, the petitioner made a further representation on 12.03.2015 to the 2nd respondent to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

give effect to the order dated 29.09.2014 passed by the 1st respondent. As the said request is pending consideration, the present writ petition is filed.

Considering the above, a direction is issued to the 2nd respondent to take appropriate action pursuant to the proceedings of the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.A3/1950/2014 dated 29.09.2014, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
