O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to pass final order based on the petitioner's representation dated 10.03.2025; to set aside the communication issued by the third respondent dated 20.01.2025 and to consequently direct the third respondent to process and disburse the balance eligible reimbursement amount towards petitioner's treatment expenses at MGM Healthcare based on the earlier claim and in accordance with NHIS provisions.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner appeared through the video conferencing platform and submitted that the 2/4

petitioner made representation to the respondents seeking reimbursement of the amount incurred towards medical expenses and since there was no response, filed W.P.No.23585 of 2024 and this Court vide order dated 20.08.2024 directed the first respondent to take a decision on the petitioner's representation, however, till date no order was passed and aggrieved by the same, the petitioner filed this writ petition. However, this Court may without going into the merits of the case, grant permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file contempt petition before this Court for non compliance of the order dated 20.08.2024 in W.P.No.23585 of 2024. 3.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to file appropriate application before the appropriate forum. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
