This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the rejection order dated 11.08.2023 passed in E.A.SR.No.90973 of 2023 in E.P.No.1073 of 2019 in ARC No. 227 of 2009 passed by the learned IX Asst. Judge, City Civil Court at Chennai.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the Revision Petitioners seek permission of this Court to withdraw the above Civil Revision Petition and he has also made endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected C.M.P. is closed.
