This Court in W.M.P.No.19273 of 2024 in W.P.No.5475 of 2023 has granted extension of leave to the petitioner's son for a period of 3 months i.e., from 11.07.2024 to 11.10.2024.

2. The present miscellaneous petition is filed for extension of leave for a further period of 3 months i.e. from 12.10.2024 to 11.01.2025.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted the report of Probation Officer dated 28.09.2024. There is no adverse remarks against the convict prisoner. However, the petitioner had already filed a petition seeking extension of interim bail and this Court extended the interim bail for further period of three months, which expires on 11.10.2024.

4. In view of the above facts and also taking note of the fact that the interim bail expiries on 11.10.2024, we are inclined to extend the interim bail for further period of three months (3) months on the same conditions as imposed in W.M.P.No.29530 of 2023 in W.P.No.5475 of 2023.

5. Accordingly, this Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed. The interim bail is hereby extended for a further period of three (3) months from 12.10.2024 till 11.01.2025.
