This petition is filed to condone the delay of 163 days in preferring the review application.

Heard Ms.S.Varsha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.J.C.Durairaj, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and since there are no serious objections, the delay of 163 days in preferring the review application is condoned. Accordingly, the present petition stands ordered.
