O R D E R

The summon sent to the petitioner is put under challenge in the present petition.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner apprehended that in the guise of an enquiry, the 1st respondent police may harass her. It is also brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner herein had filed an earlier application seeking for direction to the police to refrain from harassing her and this Court by an order dated 14.03.2019 in Crl.O.P.No.6888 of 2019 has directed the 1st respondent police to refrain from indulging in any activity that may amount to harassment. In view of such order passed, the petitioner may not have any further grievance. It is reiterated that during the course of enquiry, the 1st respondent police should not commit any act which may amount to harassment.

3.With these above observations, the criminal original petition stands closed with liberty to the respondent to continue the enquiry pursuant to the impugned summons and complete the same, as expeditiously as possible. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
