This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in the order made in Crl.M.P.No.3693 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.24847 of 2022 dated 15.03.2023 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30.a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the investigation was completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.

Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is ordered.
