This is the second application for anticipatory bail filed by the petitioner.

2.The earlier application for anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.18556 of 2023 has been dismissed by this Court on 23.08.2023.

3. It is stated that the petitioner is an accused in C.C.No.87 of 2015 pending before the Judicial Magistrate, Dharapuram. The trial Court had issued Non Bailable Warrant as against the petitioner on 28.03.2016. It is now pending for the past 7 years.

4.In the previous hearing also the petitioner has stated that he is ready to appear before the trial Court and re-call the warrant.
