This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 19.07.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.9646 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.11495 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police on 1st day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed.

However, it is made clear that, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
