The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Para.7(a) in the order made in Crl.O.P.No.21641 of 2024 dated 04.09.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ranipet on every working day at 10.30a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the nature of offence and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to modify the condition 7(a) imposed against the petitioner. Accordingly, the condition 7(a) is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on alternative Saturdays at 10.00a.m. for the period of two months.
