in C.P.No.54 of 2015 K.KUMARESH BABU.J., This Company Application has been filed seeking for the following reliefs:- (a) To take this Report on record, (b) To permit the Official Liquidator to make payment of Rs.5,95,350/- towards advertisement charges for publication sale notice in "The Hindu" and (bill RO No.6087 dated 17.08.2024) and Rs.60,608/- (bill RO No.6088 dated 17.08.2024) towards advertisement charges for publication sale notice in "Dina Malar" to M/s.GamePlan Communications Private Limited from the funds of the company in Provisional Liquidation;

(c) To permit the Official Liquidator to make payment of Rs.99,400/- (Rs.94,400+Rs.5000) to the valuer M/s.ITCOT Limited towards Professional fee & reimbursement of expenses incurred by them for valuation of immovable assets belonging to the company in Provisional Liquidation situation at (1520 Plots) Sri Vishwa City, Thinnanur Village, Trichy (Dt.,) from the funds of the company in Provisional Liquidation;

(d) To meet the costs of this application do come out of the funds of the Company in Provisional Liquidation; and (g) To pass such order/s as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

3. I have perused the contents of the Report filed by the Official Liquidator upon which the application had been made before this Court and having been satisfied with the reasons stated therein, I am inclined to allow this application as prayed for.
