This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 17.07.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.9404 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.12585 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police on 1st day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed.

However, it is made clear that, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
