This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 18.08.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.11990 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.5517 of 2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m., on the 1st Saturday of every month for a period of three months and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
