The petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police Mailam Police Station daily at 10.30 am until further order imposed in Crl.O.P.No.21023 of 2024 dated 29.08.2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the nature of offences involved in this case and the fact that the investigation was almost completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
