This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to direct the respondent police to comply with the order dated 13.02.2025 passed by the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Thiruporur in C.M.P.No.92 of 2025 by registering a First Information Report (FIR) against the accused persons.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents submitted that on completion of enquiry, a case in Cr.No.109 of 2025 has been registered.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
