ORDER
The contempt petition has been filed complaining disobedience of the order dated 16.12.2024 and 24.01.2025 in WMP No. 39405 of 2024 in W.P.No. 36552 of 2024.
2. On the previous hearing date, since the Sub Registrar, Annur was not present, statutory notice had been issued and today, Ms.S.Manjula, Sub Registrar, Annur is present before this court.
3. Learned Special Government Pleader would state that necessary entry will be made in the encumbrance certificate indicating that the document complained stands cancelled pending disposal of the writ petition. Necessary entry should be made on or before 13.03.2026.
