Heard Mr. V.Elangovan, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mrs. P.T.Ramadevi, Learned Counsel, who takes notice for the Respondents, and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

The Writ Petition has been for directing the Respondents to add login ID of the Petitioner, viz., smahadevan1989@gmail.com, in all the works immediately to participate in the tender, viz., E-Tenders Limited Tender Notice in Z.O.2.C.No. E1/4275/2022 dated Nil.11.2022, on the file of the Respondents and till such time, direct the Respondent not to process the tender. 3.

Learned Counsel for the Respondents had filed a memo on 08.11.2022 stating as follows:- "

It is submitted that the Petitioner has prayed to direct the Respondents to add login ID of the Petitioner in the E-Tender Limited Tender Notice in Z.O.@.C.No. E1/4275/2022 dated Nil.11.2022. I hereby state that the Petitioner will be allowed to add the login ID for the above E-Tender process on 08.11.2022, 2/5

since the online duration for adding the login ID expired on 07.11.2022 by 3.00 PM. The E-Tender process for submission of documents will be further extended for another 24 hours, i.e. till 08.11.2022 before 3.00 PM and the Petitioner will be allowed to submit the bid documents. Therefore, recording the said submission this Hon'ble Court may pass further orders and render justice."

In furtherance thereto, Learned Counsel for the Respondents, on instructions, states that the corrigendum of e-mail id of the Petitioner was made on 2.45 p.m. on 08.11.2022 and the copy of the screenshot of the web page in that regard has been produced. In such circumstances, nothing remains for further consideration in the Writ Petition, but if the Petitioner still has any other grievance to be redressed in the matter, he is not precluded from working out his rights before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law. 4.

In fine, the Writ Petition is disposed with the aforesaid observations. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs. 09.11.2022 vjt Index: Yes/No Note: Issue order copy by 23.11.2022.
