This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 26 days in filing the Appeal in A.S.S.R.No.127769 of 2024.

2. Learned Counsel for the Respondent present in the Court has no counter but insisted for allowing the Petition on payment of cost.

3. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition and I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein, the delay of 26 days in filing the Appeal is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- to the State Legal Service Authority within a period of 10 days.

4. Learned Counsel for the Respondent submits that after numbering the Appeal, the name of the learned Counsel for the Respondent to be printed in the cause list.

5. Registry is directed to number the Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission and print the name of the learned Counsel for the Respondent in the cause list.

6. Accordingly, this C.M.P is allowed.
