This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a Mandamus, directing the respondents to revise her seniority in the cadre of Assistant at par with her juniors by including her name in the panel of Assistant for the year 2004-05 in the light of the representations made by her dated 12.11.2015 and 21.01.2016 with all consequential service and monetary benefits.
2.Heard Mr.K.Venkataramani, learned Senior counsel for the Petitioner. Mr.S.Gunasekaran, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner is presently working as Superintendent in the office of the second respondent. He further submitted that petitioner made representations to the second respondent on 12.11.2015 and 21.01.2016. Since the same has not been considered, she has come forward with the present writ petition.
4.Considering the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition, without going into the merits of the case, this Court hereby directs the second respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 12.11.2015 and 21.01.2016 and to dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
