ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the relevant documents were placed before this Court and it is seen that the patta has been restored in the name of the petitioner. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that till date, the encumbrance certificate shows the name of the Government.

The original patta was handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner today and the learned counsel shall in turn hand it over to the petitioner.

In view of the above development where the patta has been restored in the name of the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to submit a representation before the concerned Sub Registrar Office to make an entry in the Encumbrance certificate recording the proceedings of the Commissioner of Land Administration and the patta that has been restored in the name of

the petitioner. The said representation shall be acted upon and the necessary entry shall be made in the encumbrance certificate. This will sufficiently take care of the grievance of the petitioner. 5.

With the above directions, this contempt petition stands closed.
