This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24115 of 2022 on 06.10.2022 to report before the Inspector of Police, Kaveripattinam Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police/Inspector of Police, Kaveripattinam Police Station, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
