ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in para No.6(b) in Crl.O.P.No.16205 of 2025.

2. The petitioner is a native of Bangalore. The complainant is the Village Administrative Officer. The allegation against the petitioner is that he has fabricated the community certificates and other Government documents.

3. Considering the gravity of the offence, this Court while granting anticipatory bail imposed a condition that the petitioner shall stay at Mettur and report before the respondent police daily. The petitioner has not complied with the condition, but now has filed the application for modification. This Court finds no reason to modify the condition. Hence, the petition for modification stands dismissed.
