This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to hand over the sale deed registered on 30.03.2023 before the first respondent in favour of the petitioner on the petitioner's petition dated 19.07.2023.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in this writ petition has been complied with. Hence he is not pressing the petition and he had also made an endorsement to that effect.
