ORDER

It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the investigation has been completed now and a final report was made ready on 28.02.2022, in which, the petitioner has been arrayed as A2. In the final report, witnesses from LW1 to LW10 has been listed. Statement of the witnesses have been recorded and the materials have also been collected. The final report will be shortly filed.

2. This Court finds that already investigation was completed, which reveal that there are incriminating materials available against the petitioner and the witnesses have also clearly spoken about the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

entertain the petition.
