The writ petition was disposed of on 13.07.2020, with a direction to report compliance on 28.08.2020. Hence, as per the direction, the matter was listed for reporting compliance on 08.09.2020 and on that day, the learned Special Government Pleader took time till 15.09.2020, to report compliance.

2. Today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents states that the order of this court has already been complied with and has filed the letter written by the petitioner dated Nil and the same is taken on record.
