ORDER
Earlier, this Court by an order dated 23.06.2025 admitted the Criminal Revision Case and also suspended the sentence on condition that he deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,00,000/- (Rupees one crore only) to the credit of C.C.No.2616 of 2018 on the file of VIII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, George Town, Chennai within a period of four weeks and this Court by an order dated 04.08.2025 already extended the time till 08.08.2025. Now, again this petition has been filed seeking for extension of time.

Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for petitioner submitted that since he is not in a position to arrange a huge sum of Rs.1,00,00,000/-, he has preferred Special Leave Petition before the Apex Court challenging the order dated 23.06.2025 passed by this court and the same is also provided with a diary No.38763/2025 and the same is likely to be numbered. While so, earlier he has filed a petition in Crl.M.P.No.14919 of 2025 seeking for extension of time and this court extended the time only for a 2/4
period of one week till 08.08.2025, however, he could not able to bring the case for listing. In the said circumstances, he had filed this petition seeking for extension of time.
3. The learned counsel for respondent appeared through video conference and submitted that now the Special Leave Petition filed before the Apex Court is also dismissed.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submissions of both sides and to give one more opportunity to him, this Court is inclined to extend the time for further period of six weeks for complying the order passed by this court in Crl.R.C.No. 839 of 2025. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 5.Post the matter on 30.10.2025.
