Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records the 3rd respondent culminated by his proceeding in Letter No.CORP/P&A/544/63276(EE)/2005, dated 02.03.2006 and in Letter No.Corp/P&A/544/7310(EE)/2006, dated 17.5.2006 and quash the same consequently direct the respondents to make all the benefits to the petitioner by following the revised pay scale with effect from 01.01.1997 as per the order dated 25.03.2001 under the old promotional policy till 15.04.2002 and thereafter under the new promotional policy.
