Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned proceeding issued by 3rd respondent Joint Director in Na.Ka.No.5025/E3/2015 dated 01.02.2016, quash the same and further direct the 3rd respondent Joint Director to approve forthwith the appointment of 35 teaching staff (Name List annexed) in the petitioner's college and disburse the grant-inaid towards their salary and allowances with effect from the respective dates of their appointment.

O R D E R

Mr.Isaac Mohanlal, learned Senior counsel appearing for the writ petitioner informed this Court that during the pendency of the writ petition, the appointments of 34 teachers were approved by the respondents out of 35 teachers and in respect of one Meenakshi, Assistant Professor, Department of Geograph, alone is to be considered for grant of approval of appointment. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Thus, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the case of the said Assistant Professor, on par with other candidates and take a decision and pass orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communciate the same to the writ petitioner.

3. In view of the fact that already 34 appointments were approved by the respondents, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition and accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
