..Petitioner Original Petition praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to grant the Succession Certificate to the petitioner with power to collect the debts and to receive interest specified in the schedule hereunder. This Original Petition coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order: The petitioner seeks issuance of Succession Certificate in respect of the securities that stood in the name of the deceased S.Chandrasekhar.

2. The petitioner is the daughter of the said S.Chandrasekhar who died intestate on 14.10.2014. The petitioner has examined her power agent one T.Vijayaraghavan as PW1. Ex.P1. Ex.P2 and Ex.P3 are the death certificates of the parents of the petitioner namely S.Chandrasekhar and Bhuvaneswari. Ex.P4 is the copy of the legal heirship certificate.

3. A perusal of the legal heirship certificate shows that the petitioner is the only legal heir of the deceased S.Chandrasekhar. Considering the said evidence, this Original Petition is allowed granting Succession Certificate in respect of the securities mentioned in the schedule to the petition in favour of the petitioner.
