Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to release all fixed deposit amounts and close the savings account held in the names of Late Mr.M.Shanmugadas and Late Mrs.C.Rajam and direct the respondents 1 and 2 to permit access to the locker facility and facilitate the taking of an inventory and distribution of its contents in the presence of all petitioner.
