Heard the learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the petitioner, as well as the learned counsels, appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4.

2. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner, praying that this Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 30.10.2015.

3. On a perusal of the representation said to have been made by the petitioner, dated 30.10.2015, it is clear that, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

on certain allegations, the petitioner has prayed for the cancellation of the document, dated 27.6.2007, registered as Document No.8807 of 2007, on the file of the Sub Registrar, Kunrathur, and to launch criminal prosecution against the respondents 3 and 4 herein.

4. In the given facts and circumstances of the case, it would not be open to the petitioners to seek the relief, as prayed for by them, by way of a writ petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. If the petitioners are shown to be aggrieved, by the acts of the third and the fourth respondents herein, they may approach the civil court concerned, to seek their reliefs, if any, in the manner known to law.

In such circumstances, as no useful purpose would be served by directing the second respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioners, dated 30.10.2015, the writ petition is liable to be dismissed. Hence, it is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P. is also dismissed. Sd/- Asst.Registrar /true copy/ Sub Asst.
