This petition is filed to modify the condition dated 29.10.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.18286 of 2024 wherein the petitioner who was directed to deposit title deed of a property in his name worth 2 Crores to direct the trial Court to accept the title deed of properties covered in 1) Document No.179 of 2017 on the file of SRO, Thiruchendur and 2) Document No.7396 of 2021 on the file of SRO, Madukarai with market value of the same.

Considering the reason stated for the modification, this Court direct the learned Judicial Magistrate accept the original title deeds of these two documents which the petitioner has come forward to produce in lieu of the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.5419 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.18286 of 2024 dated 20.03.2025. Later in Crl.M.P.No.5419 of 2025 it was modified to produce any property worth 2 Crores with proof of guideline value. Now the petitioner seek further modification.

The original title deeds of the above two properties has to be produced before the concerned Judicial Magistrate on or before 28.08.2025, failing which the anticipatory bail granted stand revoked automatically. The other condition imposed while granting anticipatory bail on 29.10.2024 shall continue.
