These applications have been filed to condone the delay of 20 days in preferring the applications against the orders dated 23.08.2024 passed by the learned Master in Appl.Nos.1968 & 1969 of 2015 in E.P. No. 68 of 2014.

Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

Even though the learned counsel for the respondent had objected to the ordering of these applications, being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these applications, the delay of 20 days is condoned and these petitions are ordered.
