In this writ petition, prayer has been made for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider and pass orders on the representation dated 07.08.2015, seeking cancellation of deputation applying Fundamental Rules (Frs 110 to 114) on merits and within a time to be stipulated by this Court.
2.The grievance of the petitioner is that since he has given a representation dated 07.08.2015 requesting the Government to cancel the deputation beyond three years vide G.O. No.111 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Personal Administrative Reforms Department (FR 11) dated 02.05.1994, the same has not been considered by the respondents till date. Therefore, he has come to this Court. 3.Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents sought eight weeks time to consider the pending representation, given by the petitioner.
4.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents.
5.Since the representation is pending from 07.08.2015, this Court directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
