This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to provide police protection to the person and properties of the petitioner. Page No.1/4

It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that having lost the suits for title in O.S. Nos.43 and 44 of 2017 before the Sub Court, Harur, the plaintiffs in the said suits, who are the private respondents herein, prevent the petitioner's entry to his land and hence, the petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking police protection. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) states that on the representation given by the petitioner, the plaintiffs in the suits were called and they have also given an undertaking that they will not disturb the petitioner's lawful possession and enjoyment of his property. Recording the aforesaid statement of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side). This writ petition is disposed of.
