ORDER

This Court, while disposing of the writ petition in W.P.No.32155 of 2016, by order dated 15.09.2016, directed the respondent to disburse the retiral benefits to the petitioner, in twelve equal monthly instalments, in the light of the common judgment passed by this Court in W.A.(MD).Nos.383 to 457 of 2015 (K.Rajendran & others Vs. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ The Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation (Madurai)

2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the said order dated 15.09.2016 passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, there is no representation for the petitioner.

4.The learned Standing Counsel for the respondentTransport Corporation submitted that the order of this Court has been duly complied with and all the retiral benefits have been disbursed to the petitioner. 5.Recording the statement made by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-Transport Corporation, this Contempt petition is closed.
