O.P.No.526 of 2017 O.P.No.526 of 2017 P.VELMURUGAN.,J This Original Petition has been filed under Section 372 of the Indian Succession Act by the petitioner, seeking to grant Succession Certificate to the petitioner with power to collect the securities and dividends thereon and to negotiate and transfer the securities specified in the schedule.

2. This matter is pending from the year 2017. Though sufficient opportunity was given by the learned Master, the petitioner has not taken effective steps to record evidence and she has not appeared before the learned Master. Hence, the matter is referred before this Court for further proceedings.
