This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.121 of 2013 on the file of the second respondent police, for offences under Sections 420, 447, 294(b), 506(i) of IPC, as against the petitioner.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that FIR in Crime No.121 of 2013 pending on the file of the second respondent police has been enquired and the same was closed on 30.10.2013 as 'Mistake of Fact' and the final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thittakudi.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
