ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court while granting bail directed the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.10 lakhs to the defacto complainant. As per order, the petitioner had paid a sum of Rs.4 lakhs. Now, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to modify the said condition.

2. Considering the above, this Court is inclined to modify the condition 7 (a) of the order dated 15.04.2025. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.3 lakhs to the defacto complainant within a period of two weeks from today.
